I need a handy man! Full rehab capable Retired? want to stay busy?

I own 72 houses and I need a handy man this is not a full time job but on occasion i have things that need to be doneAlso need some rehab on some houses. I need someone I can TRUST to take care of these issues that arise on occasion.
