We are The Whitehurst Company, a locally owned and operated real estate management company founded in 1983.
Our objective in placing this ad is to reduce our dependence on outside contractors who provide services to us at our various housing developments.
Specifically, we are looking for a "Grounds Lead" if you will. This individual will be responsible for the weekly mowing, trimming, pruning, mulching, planting, etc. at up to 3 apartment communities. We will provide all equipment necessary to perform the work. We have 60" zero turn mowers at most locations, so trailering will not be necessary.
You have to be experienced to be the lead. You have to enjoy the work.
You have to be able to work with others and be able to train the rest.
The exterior appearance of our communities is paramount.
I'm assuming (if this is you we seek), you have a resume put together already-spring is in the air!

July 4th and Labor Day. Those are all paid holidays, btw. 1 week paid vacation after 1 year, paid sick time,
