Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to service various equipment. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining shredding machines and performing ground/facilities maintenance. The role involves an 80/20 split between mechanical and electrical work on industrial equipment.Responsibilities
Service and maintain shredding machines.
Perform ground and facilities maintenance.
Conduct mechanical troubleshooting of pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, sensors, bearings, lifts, gates, shafts, and other equipment.
Perform electrical troubleshooting from 110v to 480v.
Execute MIG and Stick welding on mild steel.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Essential Skills
Mechanical troubleshooting
Electrical troubleshooting up to 480v single and three phase
Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, sensors, bearings, lifts, gates, and shafts
MIG and Stick welding
Blueprint and schematic reading
Valid driver’s license
Must own personal tools
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Comfortable working both inside and outside in all elements
Experience in preventive maintenance and machine repair
Capability to work in a dirty, dusty, cold in winter, and hot in summer environment

The work environment is very dirty, dusty, cold in the winter, and hot in the summer. Expect to be outside 100% of the time, with the option to come inside as needed. The work schedule is Sunday to Thursday from 5 PM to 5 AM, with weekends being voluntary. The role requires working 40 to 60 hours per week.
Pay: 25.00/hr. - 28.00/hr. + Shift Premium
Weekly or Quarterly Bonuses based on Company performance
Year End Salary Bonus Based on company Performance
Anticipated Gross Take home pay calculated is $100K - $130K
