CNC Machinist - ALL Shifts -UP TO $38/HRJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Machinist responsible for setting up and operating various CNC machines, including both mill and lathe machines. This role involves working in a job shop environment with large CNC machines, performing tooling changes, reading blueprints, and using precision measuring tools. The Machinist will work with G&M codes to edit programs and may occasionally use manual machines and grinders.Responsibilities
Set up and operate various CNC machines including both mill and lathe machines.
Read blueprints and use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Maintain tight tolerances of +/- 0.001.
Work with G&M codes and edit programs utilizing MasterCAM and Solidworks.
Operate manual machines and grinders as needed.
Essential Skills
6-8 years of CNC Machining experience.
Experience in a job shop environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Experience in maintaining tolerances of +/- 0.001.
