Description We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in SOUTH RUSSELL, Ohio. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and involves handling receptionist duties in a professional office environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating front desk operations, ensuring efficient and smooth workflows.Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of the office. Handle phone calls, messages, and mail, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate personnel. Maintain an organized and efficient reception area, ensuring it remains clean and presentable at all times. Manage schedule and calendar, coordinating appointments and meetings as needed. Utilize MS Office to manage and update databases, documents, and spreadsheets. Assist in various office administrative tasks as needed, ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Handle any inquiries or issues from clients or visitors, providing prompt and professional assistance. Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and seamless office operations. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times, adhering to company policies and procedures. Utilize strong multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.aRequirements Proven experience in a similar role, such as Receptionist, Administrative Assistant or Front Desk Coordinator. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to manage both phone and face-to-face inquiries. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with administrative and clerical procedures. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Familiarity with using office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and photocopiers. Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm and courteous. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks or changes in procedure.
