What We Offer:

- Competitive Pay: Up to $81,000 annually. Salary with on-call rotation.

Job Responsibilities:

- Evaluate quality of resident care and outcomes related to healthcare-associated infections

- Collect, prepare, and analyze infection data; present findings and recommend actions

- Monitor employee compliance with infection prevention measures

- Develop and deliver educational programs for staff

- Serve as a resource across all departments and personnel

- Implement protection programs for healthcare workers and visitors

- Set and recommend policies and procedures to prevent adverse events

- Provide internal and external reporting of infection control data

- Ensure compliance with regulations, guidelines, and accreditation standards

Requirements:

- Must have Infection Prevention Certification

- Associate’s Degree from an accredited School of Nursing

- Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio

- Long-term care experience preferred

- Certified in CPR

- Ability to develop policies and procedures

- Ability to teach and evaluate clinical performance
