Description:
Repair and maintain plant equipment so it operates in a safe and efficient manner
Respond to equipment breakdowns and knowledge of LOTO (Lock-out- Tag-out)
Possess a working knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Experience in troubleshooting and repairing 110v, 220v and up to 480v volt electrical circuits
Experience troubleshooting Relay logic, Motor Controls, AC/DC principles
Ability to read electrical prints and schematics
Ability to use basic hand tools, power tools (drill press, grinder, etc.) and measurement tools
Mechanical and electrical preventative maintenance (PM), greasing procedures, filter replacements, electrical inspections for excessive arcing/pitting, measuring amp draw, etc.
Perform repairs on items such as steel/PVC piping, hydraulic and pneumatic hoses, chain, etc.
Ability to safely operate a forklift and a man-lift
Qualifications:MUST HAVES:
2 + years of Industrial Maintenance experience
GED/high school diploma
ELECTRICAL MUST HAVES:
Lock out tag out experience
480 v
Ability to read/interpret schematics
MECHANICAL MUST HAVES:
Experience with hydraulics and pneumatic hoses
Experience using hand/power tools
Experience with preventative maintenance (greasing procedures, filter replacements, replacing hoses, etc)
