Description We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our team in the Food & Food Processing industry located in NORTH BALTIMORE NT, Ohio, 45872-9663, United States. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for handling customer data, maintaining accurate records, and resolving customer inquiries. Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Use 10 Key Skills for data entry tasks Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for document creation and management Organize files to ensure easy accessibility and efficiency Perform calculations as required for customer service processes Scan documents and perform typing tasks as required Correspond with customers via email, providing high-quality service. Requirements Must possess proficiency in 10 Key Skills Demonstrable experience in Customer Service is essential Proficiency in Data Entry is required Must be able to handle Email Correspondence effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is necessary Experience in Organizing Files is desirable Ability to Perform Calculations accurately is required Experience in Scanning is a plus Must have good Typing skills Prior experience in the Food & Food Processing industry is a plus A keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy is essential Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Further education in related fields will be considered a plus.
