Primary ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and manage all support activities for the GBS Solution including providing project planning, implementation, control and integration of solutions affecting multiple business areas.Provide oversight of incoming requests and ensure high quality standards are being met.Develop, integrate, and maintain operational procedures while staying abreast of new trends, future enhancements, and leveraging of best practices.Responsible for coaching, mentoring and developing direct reports.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, along with five to seven years of experience is required.Management experience in a Helpdesk environment is highly preferred.SAP and project management experience is beneficial.Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime if needed
