Service Technician - 3rd Shift

Are you a night owl who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Service Technician to join our team on the 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) at our Miamisburg, OH location.In this role, you'll be a key player in our operations, responsible for setting up and operating thermal and inkjet printers. You'll work with a variety of slitting, tubing, and turret machines to produce custom labels and tags for our clients. This position requires someone who is highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while also collaborating with a team.Key Responsibilities:Operate and set up thermal and inkjet printers for custom printing, encoding, and finishing of labels and tags.Interpret order specifications and perform quality set-ups and changeovers on turret slitter machines.Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to ensure a quality production run.Order materials and ensure all production materials are at the machine before a job begins.Package and label finished products according to customer specifications.Collaborate with your team, group leaders, and other departments to meet goals and continuously improve processes.Assist, train, and support other team members as needed.
