This position is responsible for the configuration and deployment of our Issuer Customers by following business requirements and supporting our customer implementation team. This position will work with Customers and global team members to resolve issues in integrations and performance. Will support the customer activation and customer support groups to contribute to Visa goals and initiatives.Essential Functions: Configure and Deploy Customers on the Cardinal Authentication PlatformLeverage a variety of build tools to meet business requirements designated by the CustomerCreate and Manage deployment packages for CustomersTroubleshoot deployment issues and provide support to the implementation team Develop VCAS technical product knowledge to support Customers and the implementation teamDevelop understanding of our File Processor, Reporting, RDX, and ADX implementation methodsContinue the overall process improvement of Customer implementation through the advancement or creation of tools/utilities/documentation to make Customer implementation faster, easier, and reliable.Additional Responsibilities:Cross Department communication needed to organize Customer deploymentsMaintain reporting on Customer configurationsProven ability to take initiative and work independentlyDrive results and successfully handle multiple priorities against tight deadlinesFollow all established process and proceduresSupport duty rotationKeep management informed of critical issues and issue status changesThis is a hybrid position.
