Learn more at benefits.honeywell.com.Unlimited Vacation Plan with No Preset Maximums Flexible Hybrid Work Schedule Medical/Rx Health Savings Account (HSA)Dental/Vision Short/Long-Term DisabilityEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)401(k) Plan Education AssistanceKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and implement proposal strategies in collaboration with Sales Account Managers and opportunity teams for all assigned projects.Maintain accurate records to support Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting for assigned opportunities.Oversee the proposal process, including planning and status update meetings.Prepare and present deal content to executive leadership to secure buy-in and approval.Define, document, and manage proposal schedules and deliverables to meet key milestones.Coordinate proposal resources and activities to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality proposal documentation.Manage proposal processes for multiple opportunities simultaneously.Communicate proposal status and updates to opportunity teams, senior management, and functional leaders as required.Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to meet customer deliverable timelines and expectations.Coordinate cross-functional resources to prepare and review proposals and change orders in line with customer and company requirements.Ensure accurate completion of the Order Entry Form upon receipt of customer purchase orders or signed contracts and compile all necessary documentation for Order Entry submission.Transition successful proposal and contract documentation to the implementation team for project execution.YOU MUST HAVE:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics3+ years of experience in proposal, project, or contract management, with strong technical writing and editing skills.2+ years of experience in sales or related support functions.WE VALUE:A passion for achieving winning outcomes.Strong commitment to process improvement and adherence.Ability to lead teams through ambiguity and changing requirements to meet proposal milestones.Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, including engineering and management stakeholders.Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
