Requisition Number: 181275Job DescriptionCintas is seeking an Implementation Project Manager. Responsibilities include providing strategic direction on opportunities with new and existing customers; manjaging all customer exclusive product projects to ensure profitable and sustainable business, which includes scheduling, leading regular customer communication to gather/confirm customer requirements and coordinating internal and external parties to a successful launch; providing direction on product development to meet customer requirements; developing profit models; developing an initial forecast; business process setup; program launch and post-launch activities; working with department Director in completion of activities related to qualifying and implementing opportunities.Skills/QualificationsRequiredHigh School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet3 years' project management experience with operational or revenue-generating responsibilitiesExperience resolving problems with collaborationExperience with verbal and written communications with employees and customers at all levels of an organizationExperience conducting customer calls to gather information and requirementsExperience formulating and driving project strategy towards a successful outcomePreferredPMI certificationCintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, featuring employee health care premiums that are 30% lower than the national average for our industry.
