GUEST SERVICES/FRONT DESK (2nd & 3rd SHIFT):
QUALITY INN has an immediate PART TIME openings in GUEST SERVICES. The candidates will work a combination of WEEK DAYS & WEEKENDS. Opening for SECOND shift (3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.) and THIRD shift (11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.). Wage - $12.50 per hour plus have an opportunity to earn two monthly bonuses.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following: Promote, sell and make reservations for sleeping rooms. Be responsible for the accurate handling of the cash drawer and its contents during your shift. Provide professional customer service and problem solving for hotel guests. Answer phones. Clean, set up and service the meeting rooms as assigned and set up the breakfast buffet and clean the business office. Perform data entry, filing and other office projects. Sell products from the gift shop.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE must be 18, a high school graduate or equivalent, be able to speak, read, write, and understand English, have a professional appearance (own and know how to use an iron - for real), customer service ability and personality, able to work in a fast paced environment, be detail oriented and be very comfortable using Windows-based computers/programs
and must type 25 words per minute. Hotel experience is preferred.
