Weighmaster

Job Description

The weighmaster at Mansfield receives directions from the customer regarding the weights and specific type of various materials to be loaded into a bucket for the customer. You must direct the equipment operator to the correct location of the product, ensure they are loading the correct amount and in the correct order. When the customer requires a change or your need to replace one product with another, you must be able to quickly and correctly redirect the equipment operator to make the changes.

This is a very fast passed job in which you must be able to properly assess the needs and prioritize the activities and ensure the exact recipe is followed.

This job works 12 hour rotating shifts and requires coverage seven days a week including holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good math skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to conduct all business in a safe manner and wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate a high degree of tact, discretion and diplomacy.

• Sitting/standing
• Tolerating noise and temperature variations
• Lifting up to 20 pounds
• Providing general upkeep of theScale
  house/office area.
