User Experience (UX) Designer

Description We are in the process of hiring a User Experience (UX) Designer in LORAIN, Ohio. The selected candidate will be joining our team to enhance our digital user experiences, assist with wireframing key designs, and create high-performing email campaigns. This role also involves a strong focus on customer engagement analytics. Responsibilities: Develop user-centered wireframes and prototypes for web and app interfaces to enhance the user journey. Design visually appealing and on-brand email templates to boost customer engagement and campaign performance. Analyze campaign performance data to identify insights that can be used to refine future designs and improve overall user interactions. Evaluate existing user experiences and propose design adjustments to improve usability, accessibility, and customer satisfaction across various digital touchpoints. Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to gather requirements, share updates, and ensure alignment on design objectives and deliverables. Track project progress, document feedback, and meet deadlines using tools such as Jira, Basecamp, and Teamwork. Utilize advanced design tools like Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite to deliver detail-oriented assets that align with project goals. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.
