Production Operator 1st Shift M-F

We are seeking a Production Operator to work with us. We have a very competitive starting pay of $21.50, with an opportunity to be making up to $24.00 after the first year.  If you are looking to start a new career with a stable company that grows its leaders from within, then INX International is the right place for you. The person in this role will tend to production processes in a safe and efficient manner to product high quality products. As an Ink Maker/Ink Tech, you will be responsible for:Following batch instructions to weight batches, charge and mix inksUnderstanding proper mixing procedures and raw materialsMonitoring temperature and mix speeds and adjusting as neededFollowing procedures for milling inks, adjusting pump speeds and mill ratesFollowing procedures to filter, package and label inksMaking QC adjustments as instructedWeighing quantities of raw materials for use in the manufacturing of high-quality printing inkOperating one or more mixers in a safe and efficient manner to mix raw materials for the manufacturing of high-quality printing inkPackaging the finished productOperating a forklift
