Contract Packaging Operations Manager

As the Contract Packaging Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and hands-on management of all contract packaging opportunities and associated activities. This key leadership role collaborates with cross- functional teams, builds scalable and repeatable processes, and ensures exceptional quality standards. This includes processes around filling seeds, vials, various components, kitting, assembly, and preparation for shipment. The Contract Packaging Operations Manager will report directly to the COO and is a member of the company leadership team.Key Responsibilities:Lead the team in building and expanding our internal contract packaging business competency.Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, and Estimating Teams to provide accurate lead times and costs for new contact packaging projects, including determining optimal setup, execution strategies, and conducting time studies.Oversee daily operations of the contact packaging department, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring production activities.Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and implement strategies that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and minimize costs.Support Lean and Continuous Improvement activities for contract packaging.Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and execute packaging processes ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards.
