We offer our clients a great wealth of knowledge and experience to help protect and improve our clients' assets in the Greater Cincinnati Region.TheFull-Time Mechanicwill perform a variety of maintenance and repairs to maintain the optimized life of the equipment including but not limited to 2-cycle equipment, mower service, trailers, and trucks.Additional ResponsibilitiesInspect, lubricate and service vehicles and equipment.Perform preventative maintenance as scheduled on all equipment.Ensure that all equipment operates efficiently and safely at all times.Perform routine housekeeping duties that are related to tools, materials, shop, and work areas.Understand the primary operation of the equipment.Complete daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork/PM.Work in a safe environment and promote all safety procedures including all OSHA requirements.Keep adequate records and maintain documentation in line with agreed standards.
