Support daily training operations within the Training Center by facilitating demonstrative performance competency modules, lift truck training, hands-on technical training, and instructor led courses. Review training reports and schedule training as needed for current and new employees to ensure training is completed in a timely manner.
Develop and deploy new training competencies, demonstrated performance training modules, and workshops for the manufacturing organization. Research technologies and trainings to support the plant growth and direction. Provide support to the instructional design team on training development.
Work with manufacturing training management and staff to complete projects in a timely manner. Create project plans and timelines for management approval. Research new technologies and trainings needed to support the growth of manufacturing. Maintains computerized employee training records.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent with three to five years related experience is required.
Flexibility in shift and location schedules on an as-needed basis to support manufacturing training in a variety of plants and shifts.
Must exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills.
Must be comfortable speaking in front of large groups on technical areas of GD&T, Measurement, Print Reading, Math, and Lift Truck Training.
CWI Certification preferred.
