HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Work closely with US Tax Manager, finance, legal, and business team, provide tax support, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.Monitor updates in international, federal, state and local tax law changes, assess impacts on the group and business operations, and provide actionable recommendations.Analyze tax implications of cross-border investments, trade, and profit allocation, and develop tax optimization strategies.Assist in Transfer Price and resolving tax disputes.Participate in tax projects, e.g.  liquidations, mergers, acquisitions, audits and restructurings, etc.Coordinate with international colleagues and external tax advisors on tax matters.Liaise with tax authorities, external auditors and consultants to address tax audits and provide audit support.Tax includes US federal, state and local direct and indirect tax compliance and financial reporting.Support financial reporting of current and deferred tax assets, liabilities and tax expense.Prepare quarterly tax payments to various federal and state jurisdictions.Maintain tax calendar on various tax filing obligations.Work closely with internal stakeholders such as HR, Payroll, Customs and Finance.
