Product Management GTM OwnerJob DescriptionRole Description:Manages go-to-market deliverables that advance Pharmacy products, services and experiences to meet business objectives. Develops a strong understanding of pharmacy stakeholders’ unique challenges and associated pharmacy solutions to develop market positioning and messaging that resonates. Ownership of initiatives from strategy development to flawless execution, all grounded in insights, including appropriate analytics to test, learn, and evolve.Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Understands pharmacy product offerings in-depth, both current portfolio and new solutions, working closely with Product Owners to manage product GTM across lifecycle. Participates on product build teams as a key contributor to product success. Represent Pharmacy across highly matrixed organization in support of pharmacy initiatives.
Create messaging frameworks to position new solutions in the market, incorporating value props, key themes, and proof points, ensuring consistency and relevancy across all stakeholder groups.
Develops marketing GTM plan and executes for stakeholder groups, including development of collaterals, content for solution specific microsites, inclusion into digital experiences, and other product go-to-market components.
Lead efforts to help grow brand awareness and consideration in the market, including management of pharmacy collateral that helps bring the brand to life.
Continually generate ideas and find opportunities to innovate acquisition and go-to-market components - which can include process, medium, tactics, and messaging.
Supports pharmacy acquisition, such as e-mail campaigns, organic social media, programmatic digital campaigns, encompassing creative development, campaign execution, and ongoing analytics/reporting, to advance pharmacy growth among addressable consumer market.
Build trusted relationships and work collaboratively with marketing centers of excellence and other cross-functional partners to deliver on goals.
Resolve issues and determine contingency plans and triggers for risks. As needed, escalate issues to appropriate audiences including key business leaders and team members.
Experience & Qualifications:
6+ years’ experience in marketing strategy development, marketing management, content development, creative strategy and development, project management, or other relevant experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent professional experience.
Experience developing effective go-to-market strategy and tactics.
Excellent analytic, written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated ability to quickly translate ideas and insights into presentation-ready documents
Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency.
