- 15+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of experience in architecture and delivery of modern enterprise and cloud solutions.
- Experience and deep knowledge of multiple cloud platforms, preferably Azure and Google Cloud Platform
- Proven experience to direct large team of architects and leads across multiple cloud streams
- Experience of working with large enterprises considering stringent security, performance, availability and consistent standards across all units
- Experience of working with geographically distributed cross-functional teams in different time zones
- Experience of driving growth in large accounts with technology thought leadership and innovative solutions
- Experience of delivering cloud migration, engineering, and operations related multi-year programs
- Experience of working with pre-sales, internal sales service lines and CoEs to build solutions
- Have demonstrated creation of PoVs on emerging technology solutions, digital and cloud strategies and presenting it to stakeholders across different levels.
- Strong Cloud operations and governance experience using third party tools, custom automation scripts, Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Strong experience in DevSecOps solutions to address common CI/CD or automation needs such as Jenkins, Terraform, GitOps, Shell scripting, Open Policy Agent etc.
- Ability to build PoCs, perform code, design, and architecture reviews within extended internal teams and customer stake holders
- Experience of building production grade solutions using any of the programming languages e.g., Java, Python, C#
- Ability to define strategic technology roadmaps, collaborate with other architects within the account to demonstrate re-use and thought leadership
- Experience in container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, Docker, Istio and any opensource / commercial add-ons that enhances the enterprise readiness of container platforms
- Experience of being hands-on in various technologies and do PoCs when needed to determine solution fitments of design choices and architectural decisions
- Proven ability to work with customer stakeholders in critical incident troubleshooting calls, drive RCAs and solutions, work with partner organizations to seek appropriate support
- Continuous connect and guidance to the team, reviewing their work on frequent and proactive basis
- Self-driven, self-motivated, fast learner, problem-solving attitude and possessing good communication skills to drive consensus, resolve conflicts and manage expectations
- Having customer first, cloud first and automation first mindset in everything undertaken
