We are seeking a skilled and reliable Door and Window Installer with Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will prioritize customer service, professionalism, and craftsmanship in every installation. This role requires strict adherence to safety standards and consistent documentation of work, including uploading notes, photos, and required forms. The Installer will be responsible for leading the installation process, mentoring the helper, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Install residential doors and windows to manufacturer specifications and local codes
Lead and coordinate installation projects with an assigned helper
Deliver exceptional customer service on-site, representing the company with professionalism
Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe throughout the project
Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols
Accurately document work performed using company tools (photos, notes, forms) and upload them in real-time
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and office staff
Train and guide helper to support installation excellence
Maintain and responsibly operate company-provided truck and equipment
Qualifications:
Proven experience in door and window installation
Strong focus on craftsmanship, customer service, and professional conduct
Knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and installation procedures
Must possess a valid LRRP Lead Renovator Certificate (EPA lead-safe certification)
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, work at heights, and operate safely in various conditions
Strong attention to detail and time management
Comfortable with technology for uploading job notes, photos, and forms via mobile device or tablet
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
