Schwartz & Co. is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to join a leading company located in Minster/Troy/Springfield areas and services neighboring communities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in HVAC systems. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial properties. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of HVAC equipment while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to specifications.
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment using diagnostic tools such as an ohmmeter.
Conduct inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
Provide recommendations for system upgrades or replacements based on analysis of existing equipment.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations during all work performed.
Experience
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in property maintenance or equipment repair.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to build, design, and weld components as needed.
Familiarity with repair techniques related to HVAC systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
Must be able to pass a background and drug test.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
