Position Title: Senior Operations SupportRequired Skills:3+ years of technical and application support experience, ideally in a "Jack of all Trades" capacityExperience troubleshooting a variety of hardware devices and software applicationsExperience monitoring different systems, troubleshooting and then escalatingWindows, Chrome & Android OS experienceHP Printer experienceExperience documenting issues within a ticketing systemAbility to be on call after training period (once per quarter)Desired Skills: Retail industry experience, troubleshooting store technology issuesBomgar Remote Console exposureIT certifications such as the A+ or Net+ are desiredDescription of Role/Responsibilities:We are seeking IT Professionals who enjoy supporting a variety of hardware and software application issues. This team uses Bomgar to remote into devices and supports Windows, Chrome & Android Operating Systems. This will be a mixture of monitoring, troubleshooting, documenting and escalating issues. Those individuals who can pick up new technologies quickly and have a positive attitude will be given priority!
