Job Summary:
As a sales representative, you will be responsible for initiating contact with prospective clients through targeted cold calling. You will play a key role in introducing our services, building interest, and setting the stage for future client relationships. This is a part-time, hourly position with flexible scheduling and a generous commission structure for performance-based bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to targeted leads provided by the company
- Engage potential clients and communicate the value of our services clearly and confidently
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and outcomes in our CRM system
- Follow up on previous contacts as needed
- Report weekly on call activity and conversion metrics
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
- No prior experience necessary— Training is provided
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish/English, etc.), not required.
- Preferred: Previous experience in sales, real estate, or telemarketing but not required.
