In search of a full time Apartment Maintenance technician. Able to perform daily repairs and maintenance throughout our communities.
M-F 8:30-4:30, share in on-call rotation and support sister properties in the area. Basic hand tools need to perform work, heavier equipment provided by the property.
We do not offer medical/health benefits. Vacation time earning starts on day 1 and no waiting period for holiday pay. Mileage pay for travel time between communities.
