We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that all production targets are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.
-Ensure that production targets are met and that quality standards are maintained.
-Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to ensure efficiency and productivity.
-Ensure that all safety procedures are followed and that the work environment is safe for all employees.
-Train and develop production workers to improve their skills and knowledge.
-Manage inventory levels and ensure that all materials are available for production.
-Communicate with other departments to ensure that production schedules are met.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role.
-Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
-Strong knowledge of production processes and manufacturing techniques.
-Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
