What You'll Learn and Do
This role is designed for growth! You'll be trained to:

Monitor, adjust, and operate CNC machinery.
Conduct thorough quality checks and ensure product conformance.
Understand specifications, set up requirements, and machine controls.
Load, unload, and meticulously inspect products.
Document production, inventory, and quality data.
Execute routine preventative maintenance.
Contribute to our continuous improvement initiatives.
Who We're Looking For
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Flexibility to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
Bonus Points If You Have:
A High School Diploma or G.E.D. coupled with two years of manufacturing machining experience, ideally in CNC.
