4 DAYS A WEEK
We are looking for a motivated individual to help lead our landscape crews. This position is a management/labor type position. We service Dayton, oakwood, springboro, Centerville, vandalia, moraine, and more.
For the Lead position some experience is required. Job duties include
Edging beds, pulling weeds, trimming shrubs, installing plants, Sod, gravel, mulch, drainage, and more.
We work 10+ hour days but only 4 days a week meaning you have a 3 day weekend every week with 40+ hours unless weather keeps us from working one of the days Monday through Thursday. Some VERY few Fridays are required unless you want to work, in that case you can.
For this position plant knowledge, skid steer operation, ability to pull a trailer, valid drivers license are all a plus. We start full time March 1st and work up to December 18th. In the winter we provide full service snow removal operating snow plows, blowers, skid steer, ect.
Spanish speaking is a huge but not required.
This position is part time but can evolve into a full time
