Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Elevator Mechanic Specialist to join our team in Dayton, Ohio. This role offers the flexibility to work either part-time or full-time, depending on your availability. The selected candidate will play a critical role in providing maintenance and call-back support to a major military base, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of elevator systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on elevator systems.
Respond to call-back requests and emergency service calls promptly.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards, codes, and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of service and repairs performed using “Service Program” app.
Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
5 to 7 years of experience as an elevator mechanic.
CET Certification is a plus.
Must have reliable transportation and personal tools.
Ability to pass a security clearance and drug test (required for working on a military base).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary range: $65k to $75K per year (based on experience).
