Rad Spic & Span is looking for a dependable 2-person cleaning team with commercial cleaning experience to service a client location in Dayton, OH.
This is a long-term independent contractor role. Steady work, consistent pay, and clear expectations.
Start Date: As soon as onboarding is complete.
What We Offer:
$2,200/month per location (split between 2 people)
Steady schedule: 7 days a week, same daily start time
Clear daily & weekly cleaning scope (no guessing)

Reliable, on-time pay once reports are submitted

Responsibilities:
Daily commercial cleaning (trash, restrooms, floors, dusting, etc.)
Weekly deep-clean tasks (outlined in the scope)
Check in/out via JanIT app every service day
Obtain daily manager sign-off on work orders
Submit signed work orders by Saturday each week
Requirements:
Must apply as a 2-person team
Commercial cleaning experience required
Reliable transportation
Available 7 days a week at the same agreed start time
Independent Contractor status (responsible for own taxes/insurance)
Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional
