Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Fabricate UPVC windows and doors in a manufacturing environment
- Work with various raw materials like UPVC, aluminum, steel, and glass (IGU’s)
- Read and interpret fabrication diagrams, material pick lists, cut lists, and other technical documents
- Set up and maintain machinery and equipment
- Manage and report on-hand inventory in our production area, including window and door profiles, hardware, and fasteners
- Participate in / potentially lead client demonstrations and training events in our training center

Required Skills:
- Familiarity with window and door components and terminology
- Ability to read / use measuring equipment (Tape Measure / Calipers / Etc.)
- Familiarity with the safe use of power tools (hand tools, industrial saws, mills, and other fabrication equipment)
- Physical ability to stand during working hours, lift and transport components and finished products (up to 75 pounds)
- Basic computer skills (E-mail, document sharing, etc.)
- Elevated mechanical aptitude
- This position is in Heath, Ohio and the employee needs to work onsite
Highly Desirable Skills (We are happy to train the right candidate):
- Familiarity with European style “Tilt / Turn” windows and doors
- Previous experience in a window and door fabrication facility or previous field experience in the window and door industry (installation / field service)
- Teaching, training, or group presentation skills
