Looking for a skilled maintenance person to assist in maintaining
several rental properties. Prefer if you have general working knowledge of plumbing,
carpentry, electricity, tiling, painting, landscaping, flooring, HVAC, lawn care, cleaning, and general
workmanship.
You must be able to work independently without supervision. This position has lots of responsibilities
and hours vary due to the nature of the work.
Pay is dependent upon skill level. Contract or hourly pay can be negotiated.
Must have reliable transportation.
