We own and operate 4 mobile home parks located within the city limits of Columbus. Each of these properties require ongoing maintenance work in order to keep them looking clean and attractive. This position is FULL TIME and will be compensated at $27.50/hr.
THIS IS A NON-BENEFITED POSITION
The right person for this job will have the physical ability to perform tasks such as:
- PLUMBING (strong knowledge/experience needed)
- Painting
- Landscaping/Mowing/Trimming
- General Property Repairs
