Qualifications
2+ years HVAC Experience New Construction HVAC
Valid Driver License
Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting
Must be able to speak English and hear to communicate
Must be able to use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull: objects, materials, controls and tools
Must be able to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs
Must be able to work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and occasionally work off of platforms/scaffolding (using the appropriate fall protection requirements)
Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE
Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to: hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, masks/respirators, hi-vis safety vests, gloves and safety toe, construction-grade work boots

Responsibilities
Assist in all phases of HVAC new construction installation and troubleshooting
Install duct work distribution systems
Install residential heating and air conditioning equipment to company standards
Perform system startup and perform diagnostics for proper velocity, volume, temperature, pressure, etc
Prepare records and reports describing procedures, actions taken and recommended solutions
Prepares and submits accurate requests for supplies, materials and equipment
Interface with customers and clients
Train/Coach co-workers
Make routine adjustments to maximize operational efficiency
Follow all company safety guidelines including donning of Personal Protective Equipment and Fall Protection
Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, design specifications and manufacturer’s instructions to furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners ductwork piping and other components
Basic working knowledge of National and local HVAC codes
Plan, organize work, and meet all deadlines
Originate necessary documents, forms, reports, etc
Material coordination; Coordinates with Project Manager in the identification of proper and correct materials
Inspect and diagnose problems to determine corrective repairs
Ensures proper housekeeping practices are strictly observed
Perform other duties as assigned
