We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued growth.

Role Overview:

As an Inside Sales Representative at Warehouse Rack Solutions Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries, coordinating deliveries and installations, and executing strategic cold-calling initiatives. Your ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Service:

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls and emails from potential and existing customers.

Understand and assess customer requirements for pallet racks, shelving, cantilever racks, and other warehouse supplies.

Provide accurate product information, pricing, and recommendations based on customer needs.

Process sales orders and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

Lead Generation:

Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-in customers

Identify and target potential new customers through cold calling and other lead-generation methods.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up on leads to convert them into customers.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Order Coordination and Follow-Up:

Coordinate delivery schedules and installation services with logistics and installation teams.

Ensure that all customer orders are executed smoothly and address any issues that may arise during the process.

Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.

Collaboration and Reporting:

Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company goals.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the warehouse storage or related industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating new business.

Skills and Abilities:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach.

Ability to understand and articulate technical product information and solutions.

Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
