Maintenance Person

Need responsible person for maintenance position at mixed-use multi-family project located near OSU Football Stadium. Applicant must have dependable transportation and own tools. Requires some understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, general maintenance issues. We may consider a person with basic qualifications and train this person to advance. We are looking for someone that utilizes common sense, conducts their life in an honest and straightforward manner, and above all else is dependable.
