Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Conducts in-person tours of rental properties throughout the Columbus area
Answers questions of prospective tenants during showings
Secures properties after showings (lock doors, windows, turn off lights, adjust temperature, etc.)
Communicates any issues with properties to Leasing Manager that you find at a showing
Takes photos and video at properties if requested
Communicates weekly schedule to Leasing Manager
