Appraisal typist/assistant/office administrator part time position. Mostly typing appraisal reports in a highly charged, busy, and productive office.
Must be smart, cool, funny, personable, self motivated, detailed, interested, and ready to work!
20-40 hours/week depending on work load, which changes week to week. Mostly busy 3-4 days per week.
Starting pay $15.00/hour. You will be paid as a contract employee.
I am have been typing my own reports for the past 5 years, and am starting to take more time off. I need someone to be in the office when I am traveling more.
You must be outgoing and not weird. You know if you are weird. Must be presentable to go on appraisal inspections. No visible tattoos. Does not go well with the business world.
