Nature Pure LLC, located in Union County Ohio, is a family-owned and operated egg farm. In our laying houses, we produce nutritious, fresh organic eggs of the highest quality with the most efficient production methods under the highest animal welfare standards. We also raise our organic pullets from one day of age and all organic feed is mixed in our organic feed mill.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Feed Mill Manager at Nature Pure, LLC in Raymond, OH. The Feed Mill Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure quality control, manage milling processes, implement industrial engineering practices, and schedule preventive maintenance tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience in Inventory Control.
Proven experience supervising and training staff (2-4 employees).
Able to quickly become proficient in the feed mill software program.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
Able to lift 60 pounds, climb ladders up to 130 feet (occasionally) and up to 30 feet regularly.
Able to operate a pallet jack with 2,000 pounds of material.
Possesses a current forklift-specific license or certification and a CDL Class A license.
Possesses a high school degree, G.E.D, or equivalent experience.
Willingness to work with a sense of ownership for the success of the feed mill 5 to 6 days a week.
HOURS:
Daily M-F from 6:30 AM TO 4 PM with Saturdays as needed.
