We are looking for Laborer 2s, Leads, and Supervisors with developed skills and experience in Unit Turns.
These are Year-round positions with the potential for advancement!
Employees must have verifiable experience in the following:
Deck/balcony repair and replacement
Drywall repair, replacement, and finishing
Painting interior walls, doors, trim, and ceilings. (Preferred, not required)
LVT Flooring installation
Wall framing and repair
Cabinet installation and repair
Trim work repair and replacement
Bathtub and surround repair and replacement
Faucet replacement
New toilet installation, including removal
Bathroom vanity installation
Interior and exterior door replacement
Countertop repair and replacement
Caulking
Shower manifold replacement
Appliance installation
Light fixture replacement
Candidates must be able to work independently or with a team with little or no supervision and complete quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Leads and Supervisors: Must have leadership/supervisory experience and the ability to oversee and instruct multiple crews.
All employees must have reliable transportation, their own tools, good attendance, and closed-toe shoes.
The positions are full-time W-2 employees only who are authorized to work in the U.S.
NO-1099 contractors.
Regular work hours are M-F, 9 am to 5:30 pm, with optional overtime.
Employees are paid weekly.
Starting pay:
$18- $20/hr - Labor 2
$20-$23/hr - Lead
Supervisor pay is dependent on skills and experience.
