Hot Mess Fresh Comfortable American in Hilliard, OH is looking for one line cook to join our 38 person strong team. We are located on 5354 Center St Suite 3. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.Benefits Flexible Scheduling Hourly pay (listed above) + Tips PTO for Full-time employees Shift Meals Discounted meals on your off days Responsibilities Be a leader and help the team to be successful Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff and ensure that it meets Hot Mess Standards (Yes, even Hot Messes have standards!) Assist management with ordering prepare and serve catering orders (Mostly on-site, but some off-site) Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation. Maintain a clean and orderly station Stock inventory Qualifications Night and weekend availability is required Cooking experience or Back of the House experience required Able to meet all scheduling commitments Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs Strong attention to detail We are looking forward to hearing from you.
