We are looking for a Technical Infrastructure, App Dev & 3rd Party App Support Lead PM (HYBRID 3 days onsite, 2 days REMOTE) (Min 10 yrs exp) (Local Candidates highly preferred) (Webcam or In-person interviews) POSITION DESCRIPTION DIRECT CLIENT Position Number of positions: 1 Length: 9 Months + Work Address: Columbus, OH Immediate interviews Webcam or In-person interviews ONLY Please note that this position HYBRID, Min 3 days ONSITE. App Dev & 3rd Party App Support Lead Submit candidates who can work in Hybrid: M/W/F at home, Tu/Th in the office every week Allocation: 60% at home, 40% in the office Requirement Description:
- Work with project managers to facilitate the development of project scope definitions.
- Create project level risk and issue management plans. The candidate will coordinate and produce project level resource reports.
- Create and maintain a business plan and return on investment data for projects.
- Create project presentations and progress reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Organize, manage and direct project team tasks and assure the proper application of PMO standards, tools and methodologies in project work.
- Develop the project plan.
- Supervise and manage the Stakeholders, the project team and project communications.
- Manage risks, issues and changes.
- Oversee and manage the project schedule and project budget.
- Manage conflicts and ensure successful delivery.
- Design, organize, and improve ticket triaging and support processes, including reporting.
- Coordinate with vendors on support issue resolutions and 3rd-party application upgrades.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with the team and stakeholders
- Experience working with government agencies is a plus
- Visio or similar diagramming software
- Must have strong communication skills; both written and spoken
- Must have ability to work in a team environment
- Must have ability to work independently
- Must have strong organization and process improvement skills
- 10+ years Project/Program Management experience
- 10+ years experience with full lifecycle implementation projects from requirements definition through implementation
- 5+ years experience working on technical (development, infrastructure, etc.) projects, either as a project manager or in a technical role. These should have included technical tasks, such as: Setting up networks, server management, infrastructure support, any network projects relating to VMWare, Windows servers, etc; Designing and building web applications, troubleshooting and resolving web application bugs, etc.
- Current PMP certification
- Experience working with or in a help desk/support role.
- Experience leading a team of 3rd-party application support personnel.
