Let us be the best place you'll ever work.A Brief OverviewThe Sales Audit Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Sales Audit team with daily functions and handling escalated or complex issues. This position will engage and develop associates to continuously improve performance while ensuring they have the training and resources to do their job well. This position is actively involved in the month-end close process.What you will doOversees the daily functions of the Sales Audit Department. Coaches and trains team members. Provides performance feedback and follows corrective action process when necessary.Participates in month end closing process. Completes monthly account reconciliations and follow-up on items that need further researched.Serves as primary contact for other corporate departments and reviews and audits requests.Researches and resolves issues referred from team membersFacilitates cross training for associates and mentors associates through answering questioning and providing additional trainingAllocates departmental workload in a manner which enables the achievement of established goals and objectives. Tracks assigned Key Performance Indicators and reports periodically to managementPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsWhat you will needBachelor's Degree or equivalent Required4-6 years relevant experience RequiredPrevious people leadership experience RequiredKnowledge of company revenue and tender systems, bank reconciliations, accounting, sales audit theoryStrong written and verbal communication skillsOracle experience and experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and AccessWhat you will getCompetitive weekly pay and bonus opportunities.Total job benefits valued at more than $10k.
