Required Skills:4+ years of Project Management experienceExperience with Organizational Change ManagementExperience working in a mixture of Agile and Waterfall environmentsExperience leading a mixture of App Dev, Infrastructure and Process driven projectsMust be comfortable interacting with the company's business partners on any kind of projectExperience managing project budgetsExperience overseeing 3-5 concurrent projectsAbility to lead multiple projects and once and wear multiple hatsMust have experience in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust have a go-getter mentality and be willing to jump into projects

Description of Role/Responsibilities:We are looking for a Project Manager who want to join a growing, changing organization headquartered in Columbus, OH. This organization is running their projects using a mixture of Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Ideal candidates will have solid Project Management fundamentals, have worked with Organizational Change Management, and have the ability to confidently and comfortably interact with the company's business partners on any kind of project. Candidates who have past experience working in a retail environment and both App Dev, Infrastructure and Process projects will be given priority.
