Job Title: Procurement & Supply Chain SupportLocation: Hybrid (Columbus OH)Contract Details: 12mo contract to hirePay Rate: $29hrJob Summary:Provide procurement issue resolution and operational support to Supply Chain operations, business partners, and suppliers. As a Tier 1 support specialist, you will handle inquiries, issues, and requests via direct access, phone, and email. You will review purchase requests, determine the appropriate method of fulfillment, and execute basic purchasing activities on behalf of business partners. Complex issues will be escalated to higher-tier team members. You will also assist in tracking and reporting performance metrics to ensure efficient and effective customer support.Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
Resolve basic procurement and delivery issues by leveraging a knowledge base, system information, and process expertise.
Offer day-to-day support for procurement programs and basic system administration for Supply Chain, Procurement, and Fleet Operations (SCPFO).
Escalate complex issues to higher-tier team members as needed.
Maintain strong relationships with business partners and suppliers, providing high-quality customer service that aligns with Strategic Procurement’s category strategies.
Collaborate with the Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE), Strategic Procurement, and business partners on sourcing events, projects, and other initiatives to address recurring issues, enhance efficiency, and improve satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, finance, supply chain, or a related field; OR 4 years of relevant experience in procurement or a service center.
Experience: No additional experience required beyond the educational or experience requirements listed. Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage business partners, stakeholders, and suppliers.
