Requirements
Top must-have skills / Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role setting
Strong expertise in IT Service Management ITSM principles and tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
3 years of experience in incident management for legal case management system
2 years of hands-on support/administration of Mitratech's TeamConnect 6.0 and newer
Experience with document management vendor solutions
Additional Skills:
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Stellar communication collaboration skills
Excellent organization
Excellent time management
