Our client, an after-school enrichment program, is expanding its operations in Columbus. They offer a variety of classes & summer camps, including art, sewing, engineering, and adult glass painting. The manager will oversee daily course organization while driving business growth in Central Ohio. This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for children and educational enrichment.
Responsibilities:
Leading and supporting certified instructors to ensure alignment with company standards.
Strategizing and implementing growth initiatives to meet or exceed sales and financial goals
Assisting recruitment of instructors
Providing skills training, job coaching and mentoring for staff
Substituting as needed when teaching staff calls off
Fostering employee development through ongoing training, mentoring, and support.
Adapting to the needs of the business with a flexible schedule, ensuring smooth operations across all locations.
Qualifications:
Ability to inspire and lead teaching staff in a fast-paced, educational environment.
Strong planning, prioritizing, and decision-making skills with an emphasis on details.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and foster school relationships.
Flexibility to adapt to the unique demands of an educational service business.
History of success in coaching, mentoring, and developing management talent.
Bachelor's degree
